Annoying 1.7.2 errors

When I updated to 1.7.2 (since the server is now 1.7.2) I get this error every 2 minutes and it's really annoying.... (like I said in the topic subject) I googled this error and could not find any information that would help me fix this.   :(

I've gotten that error only twice with about 20 minutes between, this only happened when I logged on too quickly after logging off.

It seems as though either your router/computer is blocking Minecraft 1.7.2 Multiplayer, Your internet connection is low or your Java is out of Date
I think its the router/computer is blocking it!
I tried my best, see if you can get it working, if not, reset your Minecraft!

As Nyahm said it can be an anti-DoS and the like prevention technique, so if you log off then on to quickly it can happen, wait like 15 sec or something.
