Not exactly, more like a......

a......

um.......

Well, you can't really hunt in Michigan or wherever he lives in, so....... Average American? XD

You can hunt in Michigan, just that depending on the species you may have to wait for a specific part of year and acquire a tag to kill said animal.

BeardedCraft General / Re: A different type of Server, Please?

Another thing to note is, while a Survival FTB Mindcrack server would be amazing to have, all the features it adds to the game not only would the server have to be way more powerful then a standard minecraft server, the performance requirements also have to be met on the client end, with our member's needing better computers.
With how often i see complaints from people about lag and whatnot, i doubt their computers would handle that type of server well.
I know not everyone has an high performance capable computer, even though many people seem to not realize that running hd texturepacks and max settings in minecraft on a Spitty laptop is only going to cause it to heat to the point of failue, or maybe just dont care, but either way, the more complex things you add to the game, the better the people playing need their computers to be, and many just dont have the money to buy a $1000 desktop computer.

So in closing, not only would our player base have to be much bigger to support another server, but those players would have to be more dedicated to their computer usage, meaning they put in the money to buy a good computer.

I can count at least a dozen times in the last couple days he commented on something someone was currently doing (weather it be building/mining ec.) and they were like "what?  you spying on me?"
Add to that the at least 4 times hes dropped in on me that i know of, since i think vanish glitches sometimes showing you for a few seconds after teleport.

While it is staffs job to make sure members are not doing anything their not supposed to, I am pretty sure obsessively stalking all members is not part of the job description of staff, at least not unless they have be accused/suspected of doing something wrong in the past.

Wonderful new moderator that spends 90% of his time tp'ing to members only to stalk them for a few minuets then comment on what their doing as well as  constantly injecting himself in private conversations because hes using social spy.
While I understand it is necessary for staff to periodically check up on members and make sure that arguments are not going on in private messages, the level of stalking by this staff member seems a bit much...
Spoiler (hover to show)
names are blured to protect those involved and coordinates are blured because i don't want everyone knowing where my project was.

I agree with everyone that a money wipe is a good idea but I don't like thinking that all the money i have truly earned will be lost :(And also i think its just wrong for people to buy everything before the money wipe because it makes so other people that actually need supplies cant get them and it also creates a GREAT disadvantage to others who cant afford them and it lets them get free materials which is stealing from players :-*

FINALLY someone agrees with me that it sounds like fraud that a few players specifically bought everything on the server to avoid losing as much as their money as possible.
Plus in the meantime it screws over anyone that wants to buy materials because every shop is empty....

K, one at a time...and Ill try n not name names here...
When I got to this server oh so long ago it seems, I had 5 jobs.
1) Diggin up dirt, gravel and sand then sellin em
2) diggin up stone and ores
3) Choppin down trees and sellin the wood
4) killin mobs and selling their loot
5) Building houses and selling them

Hmmmmm I got paid (received money) for all of them. Hell, to be honest, I didnt even start a job til LONG after the plugin was installed. But I made alot of money, doing jobs, with out the plugin...why is this so foreign to yall?? I know most of the players on this thread have been around almost as long if not longer than I have. you remember a time when /jobs wasnt around...did ya botch bout not havin it then??? no yall did not. you did the same thing I was doing.
Now, all this bull**** about the server shop being gone...I have been more than willing to buy almost anything you come to me to sell, as have a couple other well known players. I know I dont have signs for it, but I have never turned down a chance to haggle with yall. hell, Im infamous for it. Ive seen 2 players, one has already been mentioned buyin out diamonds, even taking a loss and buyin em at a higher rate than he sells them for. The other, I am going to talk to. RabIsle WILL NOT be restocking its sell signs for the simple reason of people stockpiling stuff JUST to gain an unfair advatage over others. That will cause the same problems as the /jobs did.

Too bad that last part already happened, mainly 3 players apparently bought every sign on the entire server out because they think balances are going to be wiped, making the shop owner lose their stock and money(if it is wiped) , effectively KILLING the buying side of the economy....
