Through much careful thought, the following requirements include:

* Friendly and Helpful towards the Community
* 10 signed Books by 10 individual users approving of your build(s)
* A fee of $1,000,000
- Paid to Nxck (All at once)
* Atleast Veteran Rank, here on the Forums (24+ Posts Not Spam)
