As with all good things that don't last forever, it seems the BookShelf plug-in will become one of those things.
Between the errors the plug-in now puts out and the unsuccessful functionality it provides, it will be removed.
This will cause less stress on the server, but in turn no longer offer shelter/shops for your written books.
Currently, bookshelves do not even open, and that's quite discouraging.
-- Joren will hopefully update the spawn then in due time with signs, rather than books. Please be patient.
Sorry for any inconveniences this may cause. It seems everything is falling apart lately.
Along-side BookShelf removal tomorrow, Herobrine is said to be taking a leave from BeardedCraft.
If you have yet to find him, make a totem and take your screenshots; whilst reaping rewards upon slaying him!
Be sure to also wish Gazkam a happy Birthday if you see him in-game or /mail send, him.
